POEMS FROM OOSTBURG, WISCONSIN

their own beauty
birch trees and
blue sky
POEMS FROM OOSTBURG, WISCONSIN
all the more yellow
because of grey skies
daffodils
forsythia
dandelions
last week in April
and music is new
bird songs
late April and
the garden turns
towards May
primrose leaves
near the door
April day
snowdrops bloom
in the rain
POEMS FROM OOSTBURG, WISCONSIN

filling my heart with hope
greater than my mind
* The first line of my poem is from Psalm 42: 7 (KJV).
some light begins
with clouds in the sky
Winter morning
